Originally a seven-story office building, 693 Sutter Street has been thoughtfully transformed into 17 luxury residential units in the heart of San Francisco. THE CHALLENGE
Converting 693 Sutter from a commercial office building into luxury apartments presented a unique set of challenges. The team needed a smart lock solution that not only complemented the building’s elevated design vision but also delivered robust functionality for modern living. Managing secure access for multiple tenants, while also controlling shared amenities like the rooftop terrace, required a flexible and intuitive system.
