Salons by JC: Multi-tenant Retail Leasing
The Challenge:
Salons by JC franchise owners partition a larger space into smaller salon suites, which they rent out to entrepreneurial salon technicians. The Leander, TX location required a comprehensive smart access management system that would tie in the salon suite sliding door smart locks with the storefront access control system.
The Solution:
INOX Smart provided smart mortise locks for the sliding doors and an all-in-one Reader/Controller for the external openings that are managed by a single app.

The Challenge:
Managing physical keys was time-consuming and expensive. Tenants would lock themselves out on a regular basis, and rekeying between tenants was becoming prohibitively expensive.
The Solution:
Upgrading to INOX Smart Locks throughout the building ended the headaches of trying to manage a physical keying system. A combination of smart mortise and smart cylindrical locks created a modern, intuitive access management system with remote locking and unlocking capabilities.

Mathnasium: Learning Center Franchise
The Challenge:
At Mathnasium, security for students and staff is paramount. They were searching for a solution that would provide instant security in case they wanted to lock the front door immediately.
The Solution:
Mathnasium partnered with security integrator Academy Security Group to test the ISK-B300, which was connected to remote push buttons that provide instant storefront locking with a single click. The ISK-B300 is now being offered to all franchises.

Kaiser San Marcos Medical Center
The Challenge:
At Kaiser San Marcos Medical Center, managing access to rooms with sensitive materials is a critical responsibility. Traditional access control systems presented a few key limitations: centralized management made urgent access logs difficult to retrieve, and passcode-based locks risked unauthorized entry.
The Solution:
INOX Smart mortis locks were installed as a standalone access control system. Unlike the centralized system, each door fitted with an INOX Smart lock could be independently managed and monitored in real time.
Worship Spaces
St Luke Catholic Church - Smyrna, TN
The Challenge:
The church wanted to end the headache of managing physical keys, and they needed the ability to track access and add users on a one-time or limited basis.
The Solution:
Arnold Lock and Safe installed ISK-B300 Reader/Controllers, INOX Smart cylindrical locks and electric strikes for RIM exit devices. For remote access management to the exterior doors, five gateways were installed with plans for more in the future.
